Hi, I'm Lisa
I’ve been where you are. Overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, and not sure what to do for the best to support my health. My interest in food and lifestyle medicine developed over the years as I took on healing myself. I took up mindfulness and yoga and cultivated a deep understanding of the connection between movement, breath, and the impact on stress and anxiety. My academic background in food, coupled with my subsequent training as a Macrobiotics (Food Energetics) Health Coach & Chef, fuelled my fascination with the intricate relationship between stress, anxiety, and our dietary choices and how our emotional states can influence what we eat and, conversely, how our food choices can influence our moods. Now I support my clients to take practical steps so they can feel their best ever single day.
